Some select illustrations from past to present. Lot of my flats throughout the decades of work & several of my 1996 Japanese anime mens croquis/illustrations from design school all cleaned up and converted for a consistent signature look throughout.
Other than my flat drawings (standard) and required techpacks explaining construction, textile science, sizing & grading, technical details and measurements for everything I’m providing visual collection looks for clients whether small or big. Factories will also receive some of these visuals on top of the techpacks I built for overall look, print pattern placement (straight, cut on the bias, right side up, etc.) or construction of the garments we are trying to achieve.
Wool raised weave check pattern zip jacket with 2 chest pockets. I designed this plaid pattern about 10 years ago, still timeless. No one was using Japanese anime male characters as fashion design croquis/illustrations back in 1996 that I know of in American Fashion Design Institutes. It was myself and my Japanese classmate Izumi who was doing female Japanese croquis who inspired me to do male versions of Japanese anime croquis/illustrations back then.
Wool oversized check overshirt. I designed this plaid pattern about 10 years ago, still timeless. I've designed hundreds if not thousand or so of my own plaid patterns using an old program called Plaidmaker which is no longer in business :( It's back when I had one of those big Apple Power Macs and plaid maker was on that Mac and it got wiped. I just wanted that whole big Apple Power Mac for just that 1 program and nothing else. You could even do houndstooth and herringbone plaid patterns and so much more! It was the best program up to this day, nothing compares to that plaid program. So easy to use.
